this is just straight up stolen recipe, i was going to modify it to my liking but this recipe ended up being pretty much perfect the first time i tried it so i stole it and now it is mine and there's nothing anyone can do about it

- 1 small green pepper, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup sliced pimiento-stuffed olives
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 2 cups hot cooked rice
- Fresh cilantro leaves
- In a large skillet, cook beef with pepper and onion over medium-high heat until no longer pink, 5-7 minutes; crumble beef. Stir in tomato sauce, olives, raisins and vinegar; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, until raisins are softened, 5-6 minutes.
